Vision and Mission of the Evening College :
This SC/ST welfare program is sponsored by Govt of Karnataka and Keonics is the Govt Body which introduced this scheme of not just giving skills to the students but also with assured placements.

St Joseph's evening college students are the most deserving candidates for these kind of welfare schemes as most of the students studying here are from economically weaker section and these High End training courses will not just enhance the skill sets of the students but to get them job ready and also as help them grow to higher salaries once their career begins

The other important point is candidates here irrespective they are final year or first year or second year all of them coming from weaker economic background need jobs to not just sustain their college fees but also contribute to their family.

So running these kind of welfare schemes should be more encouraged for evening colleges which will make an high impact and goal of the program of giving jobs Karnataka govt and helping the weaker section is achieved and easier to measure the success of program year on year

Also there are various Schemes which available for SC?ST students other than Skill Development like
