The commerce forum of the Department of commerce conducted a corporate training programme on October 11, 2020 for final year B Com students.

The resource persons for the training programme included Mr Pruthvi Kashyap, Assistant Professor and Placement Coordinator, Department of Commerce and Management, St. Joseph’s College (Autonomous); Ms. Lakshmi. S, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce, St. Joseph’s Evening College (Autonomous); and Mr. Vineeth Madhavan, Manager Quality and Continuous Improvement, ABB Global Business Service Pvt. Ltd.

The programme was meant to prepare students for corporate interview in terms of communication skills, basic etiquettes during group discussions, team player, personality development, among others. The event was coordinated by Ms Varsha Madhavan, Assistant Professor, Dept of Commerce.
