An integral part of Jesuit education is Cura Personalis, or care for the whole person. With the aim of promoting holistic development and personal growth, St. Joseph’s Evening College offers counselling services to its students.
With two full time counsellors and external consultants, the Counselling Centre provides students with support when dealing with personal, professional and academic challenges. This includes individual counselling for various challenges including academic and work stress, anxiety, depression and grief, difficulties in social interactions, and conflict resolution. The centre also holds workshops and group sessions on themes such as exam stress, addiction, and anger management.
