The campus radio Dusk Tunes turned one on February 13, 2020.The campus radio, an initiative of the PG Department of Journalism and Mass Communication broadcasted its first show on February 14, 2019. On the occasion of first anniversary celebration, a special show was broadcasted.

The idea of a campus radio came about in a classroom while discussing about podcast and students and the teacher got an idea of starting a podcast. This small idea led to a bigger idea of coming up with a campus radio instead which soon became a reality.

Mrs. Mala Gurbani Jadwani shared her experience of this one year’s journey of Dusk Tune with Springlight, “Dusk Tunes has been really close to my heart and it’s been such a wonderful experience to combine practical classes with theory classes for the students and see them enjoy it so much.”

Sr. Saly Joseph , HOD of department of Journalism and Mass Communication said, “I congratulate Mrs. Mala, Dusk Tunes co-ordinator and the PG students both I and II years for their consistency in bringing out the radio show.”
