On 21st August 2018, on the occasion of World Entrepreneurship Day, the Entrepreneurship Development Cell of St. Joseph's Evening College (Autonomous) observed the event with a small programme from 6:50 P.M to 7:10 P.M. The programme was conducted by Mr. Leo Gladwin along with the members of ED Cell in the quadrangle of the college. The program began with a display of collages of achievements and accomplishments of renowned entrepreneurs around the world.

This was followed by a video about entrepreneurship for encouraging, motivating and inspiring students to become successful entrepreneurs in the future. This programme was very useful to the students as it gave more exposure to the brighter side of entrepreneurship because of which the students looked at it from a broader perspective.
