St. Joseph’s Evening College (Autonomous) with its vision, “to prepare men and women for the service of others; specially the poor, oppressed and marginalised” aims at holistic development of its students through various activities that help in achieving the objectives of academic excellence, character formation and social concern. One of the major programmes organised annually to facilitate overall development of students is Ignitors Integral Formation Programme.

The Ignitors Integral formation programme is intended to impart life-skills training and sessions on social analysis. In order to initiate the freshers to holistic system of education of our college, the Ignitors Integral Formation Programme was organised for the first year students on August 19, 20 and 24, 2020. The Integral formation programme was facilitated by the internal faculty members on topics such as Jesuit Education, goal setting and motivation, time-management, communication, emotional intelligence, and youth and social media. The students benefitted immensely from the Ignitors programme as it set the tone for them to commence their degree studies with zeal and enthusiasm.
