To seek the blessing and guidance of Lord Almighty at the commencement of new academic year, the college organized an inaugural mass on 23rd June 2017 at St. Joseph’s Boy’s High school chapel. Fr. Joseph D’Souza, the director of Ashirvad, was the main celebrant. He highlighted the significance of the feast of Sacred Heart and asked the faithful to draw inspiration from the Heart of Jesus. The college choir led by Mr. Ronald created an ambience of prayer through their harmonious rendering of hymns. Mr. Albert Smith coordinated the liturgy with the help of the students. Fr. Maxim Dias, the principal thanked the students for their active participation. He applauded the effort put up by the choir in creating a heavenly atmosphere through their angelic voices. Fr. Jason Furtado, the campus minister looks into the spiritual matters of the college and was the chief organizer.
