Biography :
An alumnus of St. joseph’s college, Bengaluru.Joined St. Joseph’s college in 1995, Dept of Hindi as a lecturer.Working at St. Joseph’s institutions for the past 30 years. Joined NCC, commissioned in 1 KAR ARMD SQN as 2/LT in 1997. Led severalcamps like Pre-RDC, ThalSainik camp, NIC,CATC,Army attachment camp, Advance leadership camp and promoted to LT in the year 2000. Actively involved in training students where 20 students have got commissioned as officers into Indian Armed forces.Organized blood donation, leadership, trekking andmountaineering camps and led threecycle expeditions. Was a member ofthe board of examinersfor B& C certificate examinations.Was the cultural co-ordinator for SJC Student’s Union during the year 2011-12. Appointed as the Governor of SJC Student’s Union and a member of college magazine Editorial team(2012-14). President of Hindi Parishad, conducting various Inter collegiate cultural and literary programmes. Member of the board of Examiners& Studies for SJC, SJEC, SJCC, Jain University, Bangalore University(Central) Worked as an executive member of SJC Teachers Housing Co-Operative Society .Conducted 3 Lok Sabha and 3 State Legislature Assembly Elections as the presiding officer and once as election observer.
