A guest lecture was organised by The Hindi Pariksha. The program was held in Room No.205. As the students gathered, Associate Professor & HOD Dr. Nagaraj of the Department of Hindi gave a speech welcoming the Chief Guest Mr. Hassan Pathan. Sir Hassan, in his speech, spoke about Nahushaa, a well-known king of the Aila dynasty, son of Ayu, the eldest son of Pururavas and Prabha, the daughter of Svarbhanu. Nahusha was a man with power, a man with passion, and a man who was once known to have walked the right path in life; but due to some issues he deviated from the right path and his life was never the same. Sir Hassan told the students that our life is like Nahusha. One should take decisions wisely so that one doesn’t deviate from the right path in life. After Sir Hassan’s lecture, the students were given time to ask questions and interact with him. The program concluded with one of the students giving the vote of thanks.
