The annual Hindi fest, "Sangam", which is hosted by the Hindi Parishad was inaugurated on the 2nd of February 2019. The event took place at the college quadrangle in the presence of the staff and students of the college. Principal Albert Smith, Sister Saly Joseph (HOD of Journalism), and Professor E.M Nagarajan (Dept. of Hindi) were the chief guests. The programme commenced with a welcome speech by Ms. Saima which was followed by the release of the poster by the chief guests. This was followed by the screening of a short video that walked us through the various events to be organized.

Professor E.M. Nagarajan, HOD (Dept. of Hindi) gave the welcome speech and explained the significance of the event. The principal of the college Dr. Albert Smith began his speech in Hindi much to the delight of the students. He delivered an encouraging speech and urged for maximum participation. Then Mr. Christopher Hopkins was invited on stage to unveil the trophies.

The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Ashish Dubey of 3rd Year B.Com.
