Biography :
Rekha Ahuja has a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Psycho-Oncology. Her interest and expertise is in the field of Health Psychology andQualitative Research Methods, among other areas such asClient Experiences in Chronic Health Conditions, Personal Growth, Psycho-Social Rehabilitation and Holistic Health Practices.She was formerly Assistant Professor in Psychology at CHRIST (Deemed to be University). She was a member of a cross cultural research project on graduate attributes and training needs for clinical psychology students in India and USA (CHRIST & Miami University). Along with seeing clients for supportive therapy, she has also facilitated workshops and lectures for parenting skills, professional growth, personal growth, counseling skills for corporates, mental wellbeing, health care and research methods. She has attended training workshops on several psychological therapeutic interventions, and research skills. She has presented papers, and published articles in the area of mental health, psycho social rehabilitation and cancer care.
