On 22nd July 2018 all the Catholic students of St. Joseph’s Evening College (Autonomous) had enriching spiritual nourishment. In spite of their daily busy schedules, they participated in the retreat. The praise-and-worship led by the Salvation Team helped the students be more in communion with God. The first and second sessions were conducted by Fr. Gerald Solomon C.Ss.R, a Redemptorist priest from Bangalore. He beautifully spoke about the call of God in his life and how God has transformed him. It was an enriching and thought-provoking session.

Many teachers and the principal too participated in the retreat. By 1:30 PM, the students were provided with lunch. The next session began at 2:20 PM. The adoration was conducted by Fr. Royal from the Holy Cross Congregation. It was a moment of grace and a very prayerful time. This was followed by the Holy Eucharist at 4:30 PM, presided over by Fr. Royal. The retreat ended with a vote of thanks.
