The Department of Economics of St. Joseph’s Evening College, Bengaluru organised a guest lecture on ‘Stock market and its Operations’ on December 3, 2019 in the college. Mr. Sidharth Handa, CEO of SIC Stocks and Services Pvt. Ltd., and Dr.Nupur Handa, Director of SIC, were the resource persons. While Mr. Sidharth explained the concept of stock market, Dr.Nupur spoke about the functioning of stock markets. They also encouraged the students to be investors in stock markets. The session ended with an interaction with students.
