On Eighth day of February 2020, BBA Department witnessed the launch of poster and brochure for Synergy version 2, under the theme Disney world. Total eight events were unleashed, where six events where from ED cell and two events from Newsletter committee.
On 10th February, the prelims for synergy events kick started. The first event was Beauty and the beast which was held in room no. 302 at 4pm to 5pm. the participants were given 2+1 minute to speak about two companies and compare each other with a round of questionnaire by the judge Ms. Mala.
On 11th February, the prelims for Simba and Co. was conducted in room no 303, from 4 pm to 6pm.the participants were given half an hour for research and the rest for presentation of the companies and location given to them. The participants were provided with company name and location where they had to set up a store, they had to present sales, marketing and innovation strategy that they would apply on the store. The event was judged by Mr Ranjith.
On 12th February, the continuation of prelims for Beauty and the Beast took place in room no 303, which was judged by Ms Indu from 4:30 to 5pm
On 13th February, the continuation of prelims for Simba and Co was held in room no 303, which was judged by Ms Thara from 4-5pm.

From 14th of February Synergy main events were conducted from 7- 9 pm. Not blind the final round for Beauty and the Beast was conducted in AV room which was judged by Mr Prashanth and Mr Ranjith with teacher in charge Mr Ebenezer. There were 11 teams which were qualified for the final round. The participants were given Business articles, to review and find hidden agendas. Simultaneously in room no 303, Make it Ralph was conducted where the participants had to design the store layout and present it. The judges for the event were Mr Ram and Mr Dayalan. There were total 15 teams who participated in this event.

On 15th February, the first main event was Caribbean Treasure which was conducted from 3pm to 6pm, a team of 5 members had to craft useful products out of the plastic bottles provided to them. From 5- 7:45pm the final round of Simba and Co was conducted, there were 11 qualified teams competing with each other, the judges for the event were Mr Mehran and Mr Babun.
Simultaneously there was an off stage event conducted named Finding Nemo were individual participants were given tasks related to event execution, for the purpose of exposure to event management.

From 8pm the valedictory programme was conducted, the chief guest for the day were Mr Shiv Prakash and Mrs Harshitha. The MC’s for the day were Komal and Akhil of final year BBA, Prof Leo the coordinator of ED cell gave the welcome speech, after which the chief guests honored us with their speeches and HOD gave their remarks on the events and felicitated the chief Guests for the day.
The winners of all the events were felicitated with a certificate by the chief guests and HOD Dr, Kanishka with other Faculty members, Prof Leo, Prof Ebenezer, Prof Thara and Prof Dayalan. Following with a vote of thanks given by the secretary of ED cell Mohammed Affan. The event concluded by 9:15pm.
