Tejas 2019, organised by the Student Council in collaboration with various clubs and associations began with an explosive inauguration on August 5th, 2019. Over thirty events were conducted between August 5th and August 10th, and included various literary, music, dance, art and quiz events. Old classics such as Footloose, Samskrithi, quiz, nail art, mehendi, group singing, group dance, ice breakers, and of course Mr. and Ms. Tejas were conducted and were a huge success.

The prize distribution and closing ceremony were held on August 10th, 2019. The chief guest was Ms. Mary Jude, an alumni of the college. Other dignitaries were Principal Dr. Albert Joseph Smith, Vice Principal Dr. Priya, Student Governor Mr. Prashanth Kumar, COE Mr. John Bosco, IQAC co-ordinator Dr. Kanishka, and Sr. Saly Joseph. Each of them expressed their pleasure at seeing the students displaying their talents with so much dedication and enthusiasm.

At the end of the prize distribution for each event, Ms. Shruti Jain and Ms. Megha, organisers of Tejas 2019 announced the winners of Tejas – III BBA. The runners up were III B.Com. B.
Although only one class could win the trophy, it was the effort, dedication and enthusiasm of every student that made this year’s Tejas a vibrant and colourful outpouring of talent. It was truly a spectacular outpouring of talent, hard work and passion, and was truly wonderful to observe.
